At Coast to Coast Custom Furniture, we produce some of the most unique, high-quality, custom made hospitality and high-end residential furniture. We have developed internal systems and processes that allow us to proactively manage each aspect of your project and offer turn-key solutions. Design Development & Engineering

During this phase, our technical team digs into the construction details. We review specifications, develop AutoCAD drawings & create 3D renderings. We make construction recommendations and engineer our furniture so that it will withstand the demands of the hospitality industry. At Coast to Coast Custom Furniture, we understand the importance of interpreting design intent while engineering a high-quality product.

Custom Manufacturing

Our furniture and hardware is custom made to the designer's specifications. We are experts in sourcing and utilizing unique materials and processes to create memorable pieces. We strive to use renewable, natural, and environmentally friendly materials. From fabric to metal, wood solids and veneers, resin, stone, natural weaves, to reclaimed materials, there is not much we cannot source. Whether it is a one off bespoke piece of furniture or a large production run, we make sure to exceed our client's expectations.

Project Management & Quality Control

Every project has an assigned and dedicated team that works with the clients from beginning to end. Our ultimate goal is streamlining project details and communication between our technical team and production. We have developed detailed procedures over our 20 years of experience in the industry to accomplish this along with a proprietary project management software called “Intercoastal” to provide real-time project status reporting. These procedures include setting milestones dates at the beginning of the project, tracking submittals and approvals, coordinating COM materials, providing weekly status reports and production photos as well as coordinating logistics.

Logistics & Installation

Our logistics team partners with the world's leading global and regional carriers to offer competitive rates door-to-door. We offer warehousing on both the East and West Coast and a bonded warehouse in Vietnam. Our logistics team manages the import and export of COM materials. Coast to Coast Custom Furniture holds an import bond to handle all custom clearance needs. 

We have a dedicated team that specializes in installation and handling of furniture. Our installation services include field measurements, site visits, pre-installation kickoff calls, weekly meeting, status reports, warehousing, touch ups, and handling of Coast to Coast and non-Coast to Coast FF&E and OS&E product. We take pride in our work and always “Handle with Care.”
