The former 1886-opened Central Hotel in Los Olivos, California has undergone a transformation to become the latest entry into the Auberge Resorts Collection portfolio, The Inn at Mattei. Following a refresh by AvroKo in collaboration with Santa Barbara, California-based architecture firm DMH, the interiors reinforce the idyllic natural surroundings, with their old-growth palm trees and many nearby vineyards, to promote breezy Central California Coast ranch living.
