The renovation, led by Chapi Design, embraces the simplicity of the shoreline: warm, sun‑kissed hues, clean lines, and tactile surfaces that recall the smooth sand and gentle surfThe rooms. The suites, meanwhile, got their own makeovers complete with bespoke furnishings that nod to Key Biscayne and luxe materials like creamy-toned Taj Mahal stone and Butterfly quartzite. Each room features handcrafted glass sconces that evoke the surrounding coral reefs, curved furnishings whose organic quality honors the island’s agricultural past, and decorative custom stitching on chairs that echoes classic tennis gear (the island hosted the Miami Open until 2018).
